Going to Austria this time was originally for The Script concert but since it was cancelled, we (Jeannie and I) still made the most of our time together anyway. The plan was to be as productive as possible but also be chilled at the same time. How is this possible? By doing things that we love like exploring just to take photos and trying new food. Although we planned to film a few videos together, that didn’t quite happen because we were both very tired from work – I work full time 9am – 6pm whilst Jeannie also work everyday with extremely early start until 12pm. We saw this opportunity as the one to rest and chill out (but we still have many nice photos to share)!
Whilst in Vienna
Whilst I was in Vienna, the main focus of our day was food and just exploring the city to take many photos to share on my blog and social media. We went for a buffet, we had KFC (thank the lord for this), Kao Mok Gai (A Southern Thai dish), and I am pretty sure that we tried more food but I really don’t remember what it was. I really wished that I journal during my trip so that I can actually remember everything. The beauty of journaling ey.
Whilst in Hallstatt
Hallstatt, one of the most beautiful places that I have ever been to but also one of the most pain in the ass places that I’ve ever been to. It took us hours to get here: woke up at 5am, left the house by 7am, and had to get to the station for what time exactly I don’t remember but we had to get on the train as soon as we got there. After all, it was all so worth it though.
The view from the top of Hallstatt was absolutely stunning, the air was so fresh like I’ve never experienced anywhere else before, overall, it was mind blowing. Although it took us long to travel to Hallstatt, I enjoyed every part of this journey because I was saying ‘wowwww’ throughout the whole train ride.
In the evening, we left Hallstatt to get back to Vienna, I didn’t think we arrive back in Vienna until quite late and I bought KFC bucket because I am always hungry at nature. Left Hallstatt with one thing on my bucket list ticked.
